Abstract: INTEGRATED INDUSTRIAL LEAK DETECTION, LOCALIZATION AND MEDIU 1 IV E MAIN I ENANCE SYS I EM An integrated- industrial leak detection, localization and predictive maintenance syst1/4._n comprising an autonomous ground mobile robotic platform, a plurality of interchangeable sensing units, an aerial inspection vehicle, a robotic manipulator, a controller and a maintenancestate management unit is disclosed. The interchangeable sensing units comprise gas, thermal, ultrasonic, vibration and visual sensing units configured to acquire inspection information from industrial equipment and its surrounding environment. The controller correlates inspection information from different sensing modalities to detect and localize an abnormal condition and determine a corresponding severity. Based on the detected condition, the aerial inspection vehicle performs additional inspection of elevated or difficult-to-access locations, and the acquired ground-based and aerial inspection information is correlated for condition assessment. The robotic manipulator performs a predefined inspection or intervention operation using an interchangeable tool, followed by post-intervention inspection for determining a resulting equipment condition. The maintenance-state management unit maintains equipment-condition and maintenance information, including a Digital Maintenance Twin corresponding to the industrial equipment. A self-charging docking station supports charging and subsequent resumption of autonomous inspection operation.
