The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an integrated machine (100) for grooving, seaming, and sealing cylindrical cases of variable dimensions, such as battery and supercapacitor housings. The machine (100) comprises a fixed base (102) supporting a centrally aligned gripper assembly (104) comprising a linkage mechanism connected to at least one V-profiled cylinder case holder (212) for accommodating cylindrical cases of variable dimensions. A rotational drive arrangement rotates the cylindrical case about a central processing axis, while a top die assembly (108) driven by at least one actuator (110) stabilizes the cap portion along a vertical axis. A dual finger assembly (112), mounted on a vertically movable support arm (302) driven by a stepper motor (106) and guided by guide rods (114/1, 114/2), selectively engages grooving, seaming, and sealing dies actuated through independent servo motors (304/1,304/2). The coordinated interaction of these components enables efficient multi-operation processing of cylindrical cases with improved flexibility.
