Traditional monitoring solutions often lack comprehensive tracking capabilities, real-time analysis, and centralized control, making it difficult to detect suspicious activities and ensure system security. This project introduces an advanced monitoring framework that combines multiple monitoring techniques to provide a complete and intelligent activity tracking solution. The system utilizes a client-server architecture where a lightweight client application continuously collects system activity data such as application usage, system logs, USB device interactions, and periodic screenshots. This data is securely transmitted to a centralized server, where it is processed, stored, and analyzed in real time. The system incorporates a risk analysis engine that identifies suspicious behaviors, assigns risk levels, and generates alerts to notify administrators of potential security threats. A web-based admin dashboard provides an intuitive interface for monitoring multiple client systems simultaneously. It enables administrators to view real-time activity logs, analyze user behavior, access recorded screenshots, and manage system settings efficiently.
