Abstract: ABSTRACT INTEGRATED MULTI-MODULE PLATFORM FOR DIGITAL REPUTATION MANAGEMENT WITH GEOSPATIAL SENTIMENT INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED ENGAGEMENT The present invention discloses a computer- implemented, cloud-hosted, integrated multi-module platform (100) for digital reputation management, geospatial sentiment intelligence, cross-platform engagement automation, and business presence optimization. The platform (100) comprises twenty-three operationally interconnected functional modules within a microservices architecture. Key innovations include a geospatial micro- sentiment clustering engine (110) that aggregates and spatially indexes customer review data at the hyper-local level using PostGIS- based spatial indexing and k-means clustering to generate locality-level sentiment heat maps; a time-decay weighted reputation scoring mechanism (120) computing composite scores based on sentiment polarity, recency, response latency, engagement recovery, and competitive benchmarking; a reinforcement learning-based response optimization engine (130) that iteratively improves engagement strategies based on historical outcomes; and a predictive anomaly detection engine (140) for proactive identification of localized reputation decline using Z-score analysis and change-point detection. The platform is applicable across multi-location retail, hospitality, healthcare, and franchise enterprises. [
