Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated piezoelectric energy harvesting system for automotive power generation configured to convert mechanical stress, pressure, and vibration generated during vehicle operation into electrical energy. The system comprises a power generation module enclosed within a vibration-proof external casing forming a sealed pressure chamber. At least one piezoelectric plate is disposed within the pressure chamber and is actuated by a flexible diaphragm responsive to cyclic loads arising from tyre deformation and axle rotation during vehicle motion. The generated electrical energy is extracted through power connection pins and connecting wires and may be supplied to onboard automotive systems or stored in an energy storage unit. The present invention operates passively without external power input and provides a compact, durable, and maintenance-free solution for auxiliary automotive power generation.
