MUMBAI, India, July 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621066769 A) filed by Seth Nandram Daulatram Biyani India Private Limited on May 27, 2026, for Integrated Pulverised Fuel Fired Furnace System With Exhaust Heat Recuperation For Simultaneous Evaporation And Drying.
Inventor includes Biyani, Mr. Shrish.
The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.
Abstract: Embodiments herein disclose an integrated furnace (100) comprising fuelling assembly (10) with one or more pulverizing units (12) which receives solid fuel, and configured to pulverize said solid fuel, and store it in storage tank (14). The furnace (100) includes furnace shell (30) connected to fuelling assembly (10) for receiving pulverized solid fuel. The shell (30) has a burner (32) for igniting received pulverized solid fuel for powering furnace (30), and a plurality of vessels (34) arranged inside shell (30) for utilizing heat generated by ignition of pulverized solid fuel. The furnace (100) includes heat recovery system (50) integrated inside furnace shell (30) and configured to recoup heat from flue gases generated during ignition of pulverized solid fuel via a heated process air (54) which is used for a drying operation. The integrated furnace (100) operates as one single unit leading to higher efficiency of operation and heat recovery.
