Abstract: An integrated smart condensate recovery and climate optimization system for an air-conditioning apparatus is disclosed. Condensate water generated by an indoor unit is collected, filtered, and stored for intelligent reuse. A Smart Decision Engine, operating through sensor-based, semi-automatic/manual, and/or artificial intelligence control, dynamically allocates the recovered water among multiple operating modes including outdoor condenser cooling, outdoor condenser cleaning, ambient environmental misting, and indoor humidity management. The controller evaluates condenser temperature, ambient temperature, compressor current, indoor humidity, water level, and fouling indicators to determine the most suitable operating mode in real time while allowing user override when required. The system further incorporates dual-tank hygiene management, moisture detection, wetted-zone/electrical-zone separation, drainage arrangements, and adaptive control logic to improve cooling efficiency, reduce compressor power consumption, maintain condenser performance, enhance indoor comfort, and safely utilize condensate water that would otherwise be discharged.
