Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite pressure cylinder (100) having an integrated structural tubular framework for all-degree constraint and continuous bore mounting. The cylinder comprises a pressure-retaining liner (120), a composite overwrap (130), metallic bosses (140), and a plurality of tubular support members (150) circumferentially integrated with the cylindrical body (110). Each tubular support member (150) defines a continuous mounting bore (158) extending from one end of the cylinder to the other, enabling direct mounting using a through-rod or bolt while remaining isolated from the pressurised chamber. The integrated tubular framework provides all-degree constraint to prevent rolling, skidding and uncontrolled movement while improving handling, transportation, storage, robotic manipulation, installation and impact protection. The tubular support members may further incorporate reinforcement ribs (152), metallic sleeves or threaded inserts (155), sensor housings (156) and cooling functionality (157), thereby enhancing structural integrity and eliminating separate external support fixtures.
