Abstract: An integrated system comprising interconnected modules configured to automatically generate and validate physically admissible configurations for cable-supported civil structures. The system deploys a dual computational pipeline incorporating a surrogate model and a physics-informed model wherein physics-residual loss constraints enforce catenary differential equations, directly mitigating the Clever Hans Failure Mode. Training degradation is prevented via a decoupled early stopping mechanism that mitigates the Epoch-Oscillation Effect. A generative multi-criteria engine executes deterministic equations and ratio-based matrix normalization to automatically produce 100+ Pareto-optimal structural alternatives, which are subsequently stabilized by a binary-search geotechnical sizing module. An integrated context-aware engineering guidance module fuses a retrieval-augmented small language model with a domain knowledge vector store and live active session data. The architecture results in a technical effect of a 33 times computational speedup achieving a Normalized Mean Absolute Error (NMAE) of less than 0.55%.
