Abstract: ABSTRACT INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR SMILES GENERATION AND MOLECULAR PROPERTY PREDICTION The present invention provides an integrated system (100) and method for molecular SMILES generation and property prediction. The system (100) comprises a data acquisition and preprocessing module (110), a variational autoencoder module (120) with a GRU-based encoder (122), latent space (124), and decoder (126), a generative adversarial network module (130) with an LSTM-based generator (132) and bidirectional LSTM discriminator (134), a molecular graph conversion module (140), a graph neural network property prediction module (150) comprising a graph convolutional network (152) and graph isomorphism network (154), a post-processing and validation module (160), and an evaluation module (170). The system (100) enables end-to-end molecular discovery by generating novel chemically valid SMILES strings and predicting their physicochemical properties, thereby accelerating computational molecular design.
