Abstract: “INTEGRATED TABLE-TOP SEQUENTIAL PULVERIZER COMPRISING A HAMMER MILL, BALL MILL AND MICRON- GRADE SICVING UNIT” An integrated tab-tolep sequential pulverizer system for processing printed circuit boards comprises a single enclosed housing containing a hammer mill unit, a ball mill unit, and a sieving unit arranged sequentially. A top-mounted feed hopper introduces materials into the hammer mill unit for coarse crushing via high-speed rotating hammers or toothed blades. The coarsely crushed material is automatically transferred to a cylindrical ball mill chamber containing hardened grinding media for fine grinding through cascading, rolling, and attrition. A downstream sieving assembly with a 150-micrometer metallic sieve separates micron-sized particles of less than or equal to 150 micrometers as the final product. An internal transfer and recirculation mechanism returns retained oversized particles back to the ball mill unit. The system minimizes dust dispersion and metal loss while achieving controlled particle size reduction to optimize metal liberation. [FIG. 2]
