Abstract: An integrated therapeutic device for management of upper limb edema comprises a compression glove and a wedge support member that function simultaneously to deliver graduated compression and therapeutic elevation to the hand and forearm. The compression glove is fabricated from elastic, medical-grade compression fabric and applies graduated compressive pressure that is highest at the fingers and distal hand and decreases progressively toward the wrist and forearm, promoting venous and lymphatic return. The wedge support member is affixed to the dorsal surface of the forearm portion of the compression glove by a hook-and-loop fastening system, and has a wedge-shaped cross-section that elevates the forearm and hand above heart level when the forearm is placed at rest on the wedge surface. The wedge support member is positioned entirely on the dorsal surface and does not exert circumferential force on the limb, ensuring that the compression characteristics of the glove are maintained independently. The elevation angle is adjustable through stackable foam layers. A method of treating upper limb edema using the device is also disclosed. Fig.1
