Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent autonomous sewer intervention and regulatory compliance system designed to eliminate manual entry into hazardous environments such as manholes, sewer lines, septic tanks, and drainage chambers. The system comprises a robotic sewer intervention unit for inspection, cutting, and waste handling; a surface control and power unit; an environmental sensing and pre-entry classification module; a tamper-proof audit and compliance enforcement layer; and a workforce rehabilitation and operator management module. The environmental parameters including toxic gas concentration, oxygen levels, water depth, and structural conditions are assessed to authorize robotic action while prohibiting human entry during normal operational conditions. All sanitation activities are securely recorded with geolocation and time-stamping to provide immutable logs for regulatory verification and automatic detection of unauthorized access or violations. By uniting robotics, environmental intelligence, compliance enforcement, and workforce rehabilitation, the invention delivers a safe, enforceable, and scalable solution for modern municipal sanitation infrastructure.
