Abstract: ABSTRACT Title: INTELLIGENT COMPRESSOR HEALTH MONITOR FOR PREDICTIVE LUBRICATION AND AUTOMATED PRESSURE MANAGEMENT This invention relates to an intelligent compressor health monitor for predictive lubrication and automated pressure management. It typically includes a Vibration Sensors (1 ), a Lubrication Quality Sensors (2), a Pressure Transducers (3), an Acoustic Emission Sensors (4), a Current & Power Sensors (5), a Temperature 10 Sensors (6), a Microcontroller (7), an Automated Lubrication Control Valve (8), an Automated Pressure Control Valve (9), an loT Gateway (10), a Mobile Application (11), and a Battery Management System (12). This system enhances operational reliability and reduces maintenance costs by proactively optimizing lubrication and pressure levels, thereby preventing mechanical degradation and minimizing unplanned system 15 downtime. This system is applied in manufacturing, HVAC, and industrial pneumatic networks to automate pressure regulation and trigger predictive maintenance, ensuring peak equipment performance and energy efficiency.
