Abstract: An intelligent gas flow verification and adaptive safety control system for LPG cooking appliances is disclosed. The system comprises a gas flow sensor, flame sensor, gas concentration sensor, control unit, shut-off valve assembly, user notification module, and optional ventilation control unit. The control unit continuously monitors gas flow, flame presence, gas concentration, and operating duration to identify hazardous conditions. Upon initiation of gas flow, an ignition verification sequence is performed to confirm flame establishment within a predetermined interval. The system detects ignition failure, gas-flow-without-flame conditions, flame extinction, gas leakage, and prolonged unattended gas usage. Upon detection of an unsafe condition, the control unit automatically actuates the shut-off valve assembly to terminate gas supply and simultaneously activates audible and visual alerts. In certain embodiments, ventilation mechanisms are activated to facilitate removal of accumulated combustible gases. The invention provides proactive prevention of fire, explosion, gas poisoning, and fuel wastage while enhancing operational safety and reliability.
