Abstract: Intelligent Healthcare Prediction System Using Fine-Tuned Deep Learning and Fuzzy Classification Abstract The present invention relates to an intelligent healthcare prediction system and method (100) utilizing fine-tuned deep learning and fuzzy classification techniques for real-time disease prediction, patient risk assessment, and clinical decision support. The system comprises a healthcare data source module (101) configured to collect multidimensional healthcare data from electronic health records, wearable sensors, medical imaging systems, laboratory reports, and telemedicine platforms. A data preprocessing module (102) performs normalization, feature extraction, missing-value handling, and dimensionality reduction to generate optimized healthcare datasets. A fine-tuned deep learning engine (103) analyzes the processed healthcare data using adaptive learning, transfer learning, and model optimization mechanisms for predictive healthcare analysis. A fuzzy classification module (104) processes prediction outputs using fuzzy inference rules and membership functions to manage uncertainty in medical diagnosis. The system further includes a healthcare database (106), system management module (107), integration and communication module (108), and output interface module (105) for generating predictive reports, risk evaluations, real-time alerts, and personalized healthcare analytics with improved diagnostic precision and reduced prediction errors.
