Abstract: ABSTRACT INTELLIGENT HOT WATER DISPENSING SYSTEM WITH THERMAL OPTIMIZATION The present invention discloses an intelligent hot water dispensing system with thermal optimization for improving energy efficiency, dispensing accuracy, and user safety. The system comprises a water storage unit, a heating assembly configured to heat stored water, and a dispensing module configured to selectively dispense hot water through one or more outlets. A plurality of sensors continuously monitor water temperature, flow rate, ambient temperature, pressure conditions, and user consumption patterns. A thermal optimization controller dynamically regulates heating power, standby temperature, water circulation, and dispensing parameters in real time based on sensed operating conditions and predicted usage requirements. An artificial intelligence-based usage prediction module analyzes historical usage data and environmental conditions to optimize energy consumption while maintaining desired hot water availability. The system further comprises a safety management module configured to detect overheating, leakage, abnormal pressure conditions, and unsafe dispensing temperatures. A communication module enables remote monitoring, wireless control, and cloud-based performance optimization.
