Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses an Intelligent Human Emotion Recognition and Response Computing Platform designed to identify, interpret, predict, and respond to human emotions through a multi-modal artificial intelligence framework. The proposed platform integrates facial expression analysis, speech emotion recognition, physiological signal monitoring, behavioural pattern detection, and contextual sentiment analytics to achieve highly accurate real-time emotional state assessment. The system gives advanced deep learning architectures, adaptive neural networks, and cognitive computing algorithms to process data collected from cameras, microphones, wearable sensors, smart devices, and digital communication interfaces. Unlike conventional emotion recognition systems, the proposed invention introduces a dynamic emotional intelligence engine capable of continuously learning individual emotional behavior patterns and generating personalized adaptive responses. The platform further incorporates a hybrid affective computing module with predictive emotional modeling that anticipates stress, anxiety, aggression, confusion, fatigue, and psychological discomfort before visible manifestation. An intelligent response generation subsystem automatically delivers customized voice responses, environmental adjustments, virtual assistant interactions, mental wellness recommendations, emergency alerts, or automated machine actions based on the detected emotional state. Additionally, the invention introduces a decentralized privacy-preserving emotional data processing mechanism using edge computing and encrypted emotional data storage to ensure secure and ethical handling of sensitive user information. The proposed platform can be deployed in healthcare monitoring systems, smart classrooms, autonomous vehicles, human-robot interaction systems, industrial safety monitoring, customer experience platforms, defense applications, and next-generation smart environments. The novelty of this invention lies in its self-adaptive emotional learning capability, predictive emotional response , multi-sensory fusion framework, and privacy-aware intelligent computing architecture that collectively enable proactive and human-centric emotional interaction between humans and intelligent machines.
