Abstract: Disclosed is an intelligent hybrid induction cooktop comprising a cooktop body, an induction heating assembly, a grid power input, an embedded rechargeable battery unit, a source switching circuit, a sensing arrangement, and a control unit. The induction heating assembly is configured to heat an induction-compatible vessel supported on the cooktop body. The source switching circuit is coupled between the grid power input, the embedded rechargeable battery unit, and the induction heating assembly to support operation from grid power or battery power. The sensing arrangement detects cooking temperature, vessel load, grid availability, and battery condition. The control unit regulates power supplied to the induction heating assembly according to a cooking stage, grid availability, and battery condition, thereby enabling continued induction cooking during unstable grid conditions while controlling battery discharge and cooking-stage-based power delivery.
