The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is an intelligent manufacturing-data acquisition and decision-support system comprising a fixed machine-interface base mounted on a manufacturing machine and a detachable acquisition cartridge received along an insertion path. The base comprises machine-side sensor terminals, a machine-identity element, a signal-interface map and a cartridge-receiving region. The cartridge comprises identity contacts, sensor contacts, a processor, a memory and a communication interface. The identity contacts engage the machine-identity element before the sensor contacts engage the machine-side sensor terminals. The processor obtains a machine identity and the signal-interface map, assigns the sensor contacts to corresponding signal-processing paths, selects validation parameters, admits manufacturing data after terminal engagement, validates and associates the manufacturing data with the machine identity and a timestamp, transmits manufacturing records to a repository and generates a machine-specific operating recommendation.
