Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an intelligent mobile-controlled robotic vehicle designed to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability through adaptive speed control and an integrated safety system. The system combines wireless Bluetooth communication with a microcontroller, motor driver, ultrasonic sensor, battery monitoring unit, and motor health monitoring sensors to provide vehicle operation. The robotic vehicle receives movement commands from a mobile application and dynamically regulates motor speed using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). During operation, the system continuously monitors obstacles, battery status, and motor conditions, automatically stopping the vehicle and notifying the user whenever unsafe conditions are detected. The mobile application also provides real-time status updates and emergency control functions through bidirectional communication. This invention offers a low-cost, energy- efficient, and scalable robotic platform suitable for industrial automation, warehouse logistics, surveillance, educational robotics, and smart transportation. The modular design enables integration with Wi-Fi, Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence technologies for functionality.
