Abstract: ABSTRACT: Title: Intelligent Nano-Catalytic Molecular Transformation and Sustainable Chemical Processing System The present invention discloses an intelligent, closed-loop nano-catalytic molecular transformation and sustainable chemical processing system for continuous chemical manufacturing. The system integrates a continuous-flow reactor block featuring microfluidic channels with a dynamically responsive multi-metallic core-shell nanocatalyst matrix. Each catalyst particle comprises a soft-magnetic core and an atomically strained catalytic shell. An external electromagnetic field generation array and acoustic transducers manipulate the spatial orientation and surface cleanliness of the nanocatalysts in real-time, eliminating mass-transfer resistance and coking. An inline multi- spectral sensing matrix continuously tracks reaction kinetics, feeding data into an edge-computing AI control platform. The platform runs a model predictive control algorithm enhanced by deep reinforcement learning to adjust local induction heating, field parameters, and flow rates, optimizing yield and selectivity. Downstream membrane separation modules continuously isolate and recycle unreacted materials, enabling high-efficiency, zero-emission green chemical synthesis.
