An anomaly scoring module (170) computes deviation indices processed by a governance controller (180), which triggers enforcement through an enforcement engine (190). The system performs on-device AI inference without exporting raw traffic data, thereby reducing latency and preserving privacy. Adaptive traffic shaping is autonomously applied to mitigate bandwidth abuse in residential and enterprise networks.
