Abstract: Abstract Intelligent Predictive Electrical Protection and Health Management System Using Multi-Parameter Failure Analytics The present invention relates to an intelligent predictive electrical protection and health management system employing multi-parameter sensing, behavioral learning, adaptive risk assessment, and predictive failure analytics for proactive electrical safety. The system continuously acquires voltage, current, temperature, power consumption, and historical operating data to establish behavioral profiles and detect progressive degradation. A predictive analytics engine computes an Electrical Health Index (EHI) and a Failure Probability Index (FPI), dynamically adjusts protection thresholds, classifies abnormal operating conditions, and estimates impending failures before hazardous events occur. An intelligent decision engine autonomously initiates advisory notifications, predictive maintenance recommendations, controlled relay operation, or circuit isolation according to calculated risk and fault severity. The invention improves electrical safety, minimizes nuisance tripping, reduces unplanned failures, extends equipment life, and enhances the reliability of residential, commercial, industrial, and smart electrical distribution systems.
