The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: An Intelligent Waste Management System with Genre-Specific RFID-Encoded Recycling Bags Dispenser comprises an innovative solution to address the complex challenges of waste management in multi-story buildings. The system introduces a dispensary device strategically located on each floor, offering tenants genre-specific recycling bags, each embedded with a unique RFID tag. These tags, composed of a "OHG" prefix, a 16-character alphanumeric GUID, and a genre suffix, enable precise waste sorting and tracking. Tenants use a mobile application to select their desired genre and purchase corresponding bags, with the app recording bag usage and associating each BoxID with the purchasing tenant. Waste disposal chutes or hopper doors are equipped with RFID readers that exclusively accept bags generated by the dispensary device, preventing the use of inadequate bags prone to rupture. The system promotes compliance with waste disposal guidelines, rewarding tenants who adhere to proper waste sorting practices and ensuring accountability for non-compliance.
