The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.

Abstract: The present invention focuses on the investigation of tribological and mechanical characteristics of composites reinforced with functionalized graphene and multi- walled carbon nanotubes. The nanomaterials are chemically treated to enhance dispersion and interfacial bonding with the matrix material. The developed composites are evaluated for wear resistance, friction behavior, and mechanical properties such as tensile strength and hardness. The results show significant improvement in performance compared to conventional materials. This study provides a promising approach for developing high- performance, durable, and efficient materials for engineering applications.
