The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.
Abstract: The invention pertains to an AI-based predictive electrolyte refill monitoring system for inverter batteries, which are connected to the IoT. It consists of a processing unit and electrolyte level and battery parameter sensors. The electrolyte level, voltage, current and temperature of the battery are checked periodically. An AI-based prediction module calculates future electrolyte depletion and refill period based on current and past information. An advance notification is created when the electrolyte is expected to fall below a set minimum level. Battery status and refill alerts can be sent to a mobile application or web dashboard with the help of IoT connectivity. The system decreases human inspection, and enables the inverter battery to be properly maintained in advance.
