Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an IoT Based Automated Road Making Machine (100) configured to automate road construction operations through intelligent sensing, automated control, and real-time communication. The machine comprises a sensor module (110), central controller unit (120), communication module (130), cloud server (140), user interface devices (150), actuation and drive system (170), power management unit (180), and road construction assembly (200). The road construction assembly includes a leveling mechanism (201), material hopper and feeder (202), conveyor system (203), paving and screed unit (204), compaction unit (205), and water spray and cooling system (206). Sensor data relating to terrain conditions, material levels, positioning, vibration, temperature, and compaction are continuously processed by the controller to optimize construction operations. The communication module enables IoT connectivity with cloud-based monitoring platforms for real-time supervision and predictive maintenance. The invention improves construction accuracy, reduces labor dependency, enhances safety, minimizes material wastage, and provides efficient, high-quality road infrastructure development through autonomous and data-driven road construction operations.
