The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.
Abstract: A smart agriculture monitoring system includes a microcontroller, a soil-moisture sensor coupled to the microcontroller and configured to measure soil moisture, an environmental sensor coupled to the microcontroller and configured to measure at least one of temperature and humidity, a relay module coupled to the microcontroller, a water pump coupled to the relay module, and a wireless communication module coupled to the microcontroller and configured to transmit sensor data to at least one of a mobile application and a cloud server. The microcontroller acquires soil-moisture data from the soil-moisture sensor, compares the soil-moisture data against a predefined threshold stored in firmware, energises the relay module to switch the water pump on when the soil-moisture data indicates moisture below the predefined threshold, de-energises the relay module to switch the water pump off when a required moisture level is reached, and transmits the sensor data over the wireless communication module.
