Abstract: ABSTRACT IOT-BASED SMART HEALTH MONITORING SYSTEM FOR REAL-TIME VITAL PARAMETER TRACKING AND EMERGENCY ALERTING An IoT-based Smart Health Monitoring System (100) for continuous real-time monitoring of vital physiological parameters is disclosed. The system (100) comprises a central processing unit (110) based on an ESP32 Wi-Fi enabled microcontroller, an integrated sensor assembly (120) comprising a MAX30102 biomedical sensor (122) for heart rate and SpO2 measurement and a DS18B20 temperature sensor (124), a data processing module (130) implementing noise filtering and averaging algorithms, a dual alert mechanism (140) comprising a buzzer module (142) and manual SOS button (144), and a cloud communication module (150) integrating with Blynk (152) and ThingSpeak (154) platforms. The system (100) provides dual alert mechanisms including local buzzer alerts and remote cloud notifications for timely medical intervention during abnormal health conditions. The manual SOS feature enables patient-initiated emergency alerts. The invention provides a portable, low-cost, and scalable solution suitable for home care, elderly care, and rural healthcare applications. [
