Abstract: ABSTRACT IOT-ENABLED SMART EV CHARGING SYSTEM WITH DYNAMIC LOAD BALANCING AND GRID DEMAND RESPONSE An IoT-enabled smart electric vehicle charging station management system (100) with dynamic load balancing, dual-mode user authentication, and grid demand response integration. A connection point current monitor (110) at the shared distribution transformer (200) feeds a dynamic load balancing controller (120) that computes per-session current allocations using a proportional sharing algorithm for each of a plurality of charging points (170) to prevent aggregate transformer overload. Users authenticate via an RFID reader unit (132) or a mobile application interface (134) with per-session energy metering through an energy metering unit (140). A grid demand response integration module (150) receives utility peak load signals and triggers deferral of non-priority sessions with automated user push notification through a user notification module (190). Configured priority levels maintain full charging rates for fleet and emergency responder vehicles during demand response events. A cloud management platform (160) provides session records, energy consumption reports, and revenue analytics. [
