Abstract: This invention discloses an inlet valve constructed from a copper tube, integrated with a piezo-resistive pressure sensor mounted at its bottom. The system includes a printed circuit board (PCB) featuring a microcontroller and a 1.5 V battery to power the device. A serial 7- segment display board, utilizing the MAX7219 display driver, is attached to the side of the inlet valve, enabling compact and efficient visual representation of pressure readings. The pressure sensor continuously monitors the pressure within the inlet valve and transmits the data to the raicrocontroller, which processes the information and displays it on the 7-segment LED display via an SPI interface. This configuration provides a real-time, digital indication of pressure directly at the inlet point, facilitating quick and easy pressure monitoring for applications such as vehicle tires, hydraulic systems, or industrial machinery. The design emphasizes compactness, integration, and real-time digital visualization of pressure data.
