Abstract: The present invention discloses the development of the fast-changing urban ecosystem necessitates cutting-edge methodologies for proactive safety management. This method introduces an innovative IoT-enabled Machine Learning architecture for emotion detection and risk prediction in real-time. By integrating a series of IoT sensors and edge computing nodes, the proposed architecture is capable of recording live auditory/visual signals, which will then be fed into machine learning algorithms to accurately detect emotions. In addition, by correlating emotional signals with human behavior patterns, the proposed framework identifies security risks with minimal latency. Simulations confirm that the proposed system can efficiently recognize deviations with high accuracy. As such, the proposed approach revolutionizes conventional surveillance into a highly intelligent and responsive tool, effectively enabling proactive threat mitigation and support to law enforcement agencies in ensuring community safety.
