Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a sensor-grid monitoring system for detecting and localizing anomalous sensor behavior. Sensor nodes at respective grid locations produce time- series readings of a sensed physical variable. An acquisition interface receives each reading with a sensor identifier and timestamp. A memory stores unlabeled baseline readings and an Isolation Forest anomaly model trained from the baseline readings to represent normal behavior. A processor applies the model to received readings, assigns anomaly scores, and associates each score with the corresponding sensor identifier and grid location. A display presents the time-series readings and a grid- based heatmap. A sensor node having an anomaly score satisfying an anomaly criterion is visually distinguished at the corresponding heatmap location, thereby identifying both abnormal measurement behavior and the affected region of the sensor grid without requiring labeled fault examples.
