Abstract: JIG AND FIXTURE OF CYLINDRICAL COMPONENT rhe present invention relates to a jig and fixture system (10) designed for securely holding cylindrical components during maehining operations. The system comprises a base frame structure (11), cylindrical support rollers (12), a vertical support column (15), and an adjustable clamping mechanism (17) that secures the cylindrical workpiece (19). A rotatable cutter assembly (20) supported by a horizontal bearing system allows angular cutting operations up to approximately 180 degrees. The cutter position can be adjusted and locked using a cutter adjustment mechanism (22) and locking lever (24). The fixture improves machining accuracy, reduces setup time, and enables efficient handling of cylindrical components in manufacturing workshops, fabrication industries, and educational laboratories.
