These elements collectively enable the assessment of mechanical load, joint motion, and grip capacity. Real-time alerts are produced via LED indicators and vibration motors when thresholds are exceeded. Wireless connectivity enables performance tracking and injury-risk prevention. This invention contributes to a new class of wearable sports-engineering devices capable of real-time biomechanical feedback
