The disclosed invention comprises a laser-based alignment system configured to project a visible laser guide onto the tooth surface to indicate the center of the clinical crown prior to bracket placement. The laser operates at a wavelength below the composite resin photopolymerization spectrum, specifically less than 430 nm, thereby preventing premature curing of light-activated orthodontic adhesives. The device may be integrated into a handheld unit, bracket positioning tool, or auxiliary attachment compatible with orthodontic bonding procedures. This invention enhances accuracy, reproducibility, and efficiency of bracket placement while minimizing bonding errors and treatment complications.
