Abstract: The present application relates to a LIDAR and a vehicle. A first housing and a second housing of the LIDAR can surroundingly form an enclosed cavity, an internal module of the laser radar being located in the cavity. A window region of the first housing is used for laser light transmitted or received by the LIDAR to pass through. The first housing of the LIDAR of the embodiments of the present application is a continuous curved surface, and an included angle between a cross-section at any point of the window region and a horizontal plane is less than 45°, so that the LIDAR has smooth external lines. When the LIDAR is mounted on a vehicle, it does not significantly stand out from the appearance of the vehicle, so that better integration with the appearance of the vehicle can be implemented, improving the aesthetic appearance of the vehicle, and reducing wind resistance.
