The proposed invention utilizes a polycarbonate matrix strengthened with basalt fibre, providing exceptional thermal stability, improved impact resistance, and superior vibration absorption while maintaining a lightweight structure. The composite panel withstands prolonged exposure to engine heat, minimizes noise and vibration transmission, and reduces deformation or cracking under mechanical load.
