Abstract: The present invention relates to a lightweight, high-strength headlight mounting bracket manufactured using a polycarbonate-carbon powder composite filament. Conventional headlamp brackets made from ABS, nylon, or similar polymers often experience deformation, reduced tensile engineered PC-carbon powder composite that offers significantly improved tensile strength, heat resistance, and dimensional stability, enabling the bracket to withstand continuous thermal cycling and road-induced vibrations. The lightweight structure reduces overall vehicle mass while providing superior rigidity and durability compared to existing polymer brackets. By combining enhanced material performance with an optimized mounting geometry, the invention improves headlamp alignment stability, increases component lifespan, and delivers a more reliable solution for modem automotive lighting assemblies.
