Abstract: The present invention relates to LungSense One, a portable AI-integrated biosensor device for rapid detection and severity assessment of lung cancer. The device comprises a nano-enabled CYFRA 21-1 immunosensor, an electrochemical detection system, and a TinyML-based severity classification engine. Fingerprick blood or exhaled breath condensate is analyzed to quantitatively detect CYFRA 21-1, and the resulting electrochemical signals are processed to provide real-time seven-stage lung cancer severity classification. The device enables rapid, minimally invasive, point-of-care assessment without requiring conventional laboratory infrastructure and is useful for early detection, disease monitoring, and clinical decision support.
