Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of an innovative Internet of Things (IoT) based smart system that can not only measure gas consumption but predict when the supply will be exhausted. Load cells will be used along with a microcontroller to accurately calculate the current weight of the cylinders. The information will then be collected through the cloud service and processed by machine learning algorithms to determine the exact day of exhaustion based on previous patterns. With the help of mobile applications, users will receive notifications to schedule their refilling tasks. FIG.1
