Abstract: The present invention discloses the development of an intelligent autograding and personalized feedback system powered by machine learning for optimizing academic performance based on automated assessment and valuable insights. By leveraging the capabilities of advanced natural language processing and using supervised machine learning algorithms, the system assesses students' assignments, detects knowledge gaps, and immediately provides recommendations for improvement. Tested at different undergraduate courses, the system showed strong correlation with human scoring results and significantly shortened assessment time. The study shows how the use of artificial intelligence can contribute to better learning results, greater motivation to improve based on teachers' feedback, and academic confidence. FIG.1
