Abstract: The present invention relates to a machine learning-based intelligent electric vehicle mobility and charging management system for smart college campuses. The system includes a mobility data collection module, a vehicle tracking module, a charging infrastructure interface, a campus energy analysis module, a machine learning forecasting engine, and a unified optimisation engine. The forecasting system calculates transportation needs and vehicle charging demands based on past and present operational information. The optimization engine collaboratively manages vehicle dispatch, energy needs for trips, assignment of charging stations, time slots for charging, and power distribution while adhering to campus electrical limitations. A responsive rescheduling system adapts to fluctuations in mobility needs, vehicle accessibility, charging station conditions, and energy supply. An environment evaluation module computes specified sustainability metrics by utilizing documented travels and relevant emission factors. A feedback system assesses real performance results and aids in systematic model improvement. The system aims to enhance coordination of campus mobility, optimize charging resource usage, and manage energy effectively, all while promoting eco-friendly transportation planning. FIG.1
