Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of an intelligent framework based on Machine Learning technology that will be able to fill the gap between English language learning at university and preparing for the job market. English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teaching is not always able to provide an individual approach to the learning paths and to adapt linguistic outcomes to the needs of the future job market. The suggested framework uses the technologies of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and dynamic adaptive algorithms to assess the reading comprehension of students and optimize automated writing assessment. At the same time, the machine learning classifier is used to assess professional communication and industry-specific vocabulary and link language performance to the competencies that are needed in the labor market.
