Abstract: The invention is an intelligent adaptive sound therapy system that measures, assesses and reduces stress in real time through biometric feedback and artificial intelligence. The system includes a wearable or mobile device equipped with a set of biosensors to monitor physiological and behavioral indicators, including heart rate variability (HRV), electrodermal activity (EDA), skin temperature and voice. These data are continuously analyzed by machine learning techniques to accurately determine the user's stress level. The system then automatically generates or recommends customized sound therapy such as binaural beats, ambient sounds, white noise or music according to the stress level, with real-time adjustments to the frequency, amplitude, tempo and rhythm of the sound. The adjustment engine dynamically alters the audio characteristics, including frequency, amplitude, tempo, and rhythm, to optimise the therapeutic effects. This invention also includes a feedback loop to continuously track and adjust the audio output based on user's physiological responses. This approach offers a dynamic, non-invasive, and individualised stress management system, compared to conventional static and generic methods. It can be coupled with mobile phones, smartwatch or dedicated wearable devices, enhancing convenience. The invention has uses in the area of psychological well-being, medical treatment, productivity improvement at work and rehabilitation settings. The system leverages the latest developments in artificial intelligence, biomedical sensing, and audio engineering to improve the efficacy of stress management and engagement, and as a result, foster better psychological health and well-being.
