In this paper, we will look at a unique method of using machine learning combined with a TSP solution to establish the optimal routes of delivery. The use of machine learning algorithms to predict the environmental conditions, obstacles that may arise, as well as the patient needs will help optimize the TSP solution by ensuring minimal travel time and energy. This will also involve managing the limited energy available in the drones to ensure that each point is served optimally. Simulation experiments have shown that this method surpasses all other algorithms used in route determination. FIG.1
