Abstract: The present disclosure provides a magnetic latching relay, comprising a base, contact structures, first static reed lead-out members, a coil assembly, and a magnetic circuit structure. The contact structures are arranged on the base; the contact structures each have a first end and a second end in a transverse direction; the first static reed lead-out members each comprise a first lead-out part and a second lead-out part; the first lead-out part is connected to the first end of the corresponding contact structure; the second lead-out part is connected to the first lead-out part and extends out of the base in a vertical direction from the bottom of the base; a guide groove is formed in the first lead-out part; the guide groove extends transversely from the side of the first lead-out part close to the second end and does not run through the first lead-out part; an opening of the guide groove faces the second end; and the coil assembly and the magnetic circuit structure are arranged on the base and located on one side of the contact structure in a longitudinal direction. The magnetic latching relay of the present disclosure has higher stability.
