Abstract: The present invention relates to a magnetic nanohybrid composition, a biosensing device, a magnetic assembly device, an integrated biosensing platform, and a method for detection of cancer biomarkers. The magnetic nanohybrid composition comprises a magnetic nanoparticle core, a stabilization layer, and a metal–organic framework (MOF) shell comprising functional groups including amine functional groups for immobilization of biomolecule recognition elements specific to cancer biomarkers. The composition is configured for magnetic manipulation and electrochemical signal generation. The biosensing device comprises a working electrode and a nanostructured sensing interface incorporating the magnetic nanohybrid composition. The magnetic assembly device is configured to localize the magnetic nanohybrid composition onto the sensing interface using a magnetic field. The integrated platform enables magnetic enrichment and electrochemical detection of cancer biomarkers. The invention further provides a method for detecting a cancer biomarker including tumor suppressor protein p53.
