Abstract: Mahua Oil Composed Naturals (Manmohak) Bathing Bar Formulation The present invention relates to a compositionally engineered and process-controlled micro- dispersed bathing bar formulation comprising a soap base matrix in a concentration ranging from 75.0 to 82.0 percent by weight, a humectant system including glycerin (2.5 to 3.5 percent) and sorbitol (3.0 to 4.0 percent), a solubilizer including PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil (0.4 to 0.6 percent), an antioxidant including butylated hydroxytoluene (0.003 to 0.007 percent), and a core emollient phase comprising Mahua oil derived from Madhuca indica in a concentration ranging from 0.3 to 0.7 percent, wherein the components are integrated under controlled thermal conditions to form a stable micro-dispersed emollient system exhibiting hardness of at least 3.5 kilogram per square centimeter, moisture retention of at least 25 percent, oxidative stability exceeding 50 days, and phase stability beyond 90 days, thereby achieving enhanced structural integrity, moisturization, and formulation stability.
